1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and hbeje ("hbeje", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at hbeje.io. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the hbeje platform — including sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, crash games, and fishing games — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

hbeje is designed and operated specifically for the Bangladesh market. Access from outside Bangladesh may be subject to local legal restrictions. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly. hbeje accepts no liability for failed transactions, missed communications, or other consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the user.

3.3 Account Suspension & Closure

hbeje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, provision of false information during registration, or conduct that hbeje reasonably considers to be harmful to the integrity of its platform or other users.

Upon closure, any outstanding balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the hbeje platform — including but not limited to the hbeje brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, software code, game assets, promotional materials, written content, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of hbeje or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hbeje platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint being submitted, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. This arbitration clause does not limit your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
